Lexus' 2021 Special Edition RC F Pays Tribute to the Temple of Speed
Lexus has just unveiled the latest limited edition for 2021, paying tribute to Monza’s legendary Temple of Speed circuit.
Dubbed the RC F Fuji Speedway Edition, the car is based on the brand’s own RC F Track Edition, which debuted just last year. With weight savings across the entire vehicle, the 0-60 mph time is lowered from the standard RC F’s 4.2 seconds down to just 3.96 seconds. It’ll also come with a series of other performance upgrades, including Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes and a titanium exhaust, while much of its body is constructed from carbon fiber, such as its hood, front spoiler, wing, roof, bumper reinforcement, and rear-seat partition. The exterior itself will come in two special colors — Arctic Blast Satin or Cloudburst Gray — while the interior is lined with Circuit Red leather with Alcantara accents and red carbon fiber trims. As a special edition, it’ll also come with a limited edition MSTR watch for each purchase, which carries the Fuji Speedway and “F” logos, as well as red stitching to match the car’s interior.
There’s currently no information on when the 2021 Lexus RC F Fuji Speedway Edition will release or how much its price tag will be, but the company has confirmed that only 60 units will be made.
